Basic Machine Comprises
● Specialized Unwinding Shaft of 50 mm OD with specialized Tapper Corn/Expander suitable for 3"inches (76mm) core id & chrome plated Check Nut system for easy loading & unloading of Unwind Roll.
● Unwind Assembly is mounted on 8 Nos. Imported Linear Bearing LM – 25 UU System and 4 Nos.
Of Linear Hardened Rods (EN – 31 Bearing Steel) with two Nos. Dynamically Balanced Aluminum
Rollers Assembly.

● WEB GUIDE SYSTEM: Consist of
Pneumo-Hydraulic Power Pack of 0.5 HP AC Motor
Pneumatic Sensor with its adjustment & Mounting Bracket
Hydraulic Cylinder of stroke length +/- 100 mm

● 2 HP A.C. Vector Motor with 3 HP AC Inverter Vector Drive with Constant Line Speed Feedback
● Encoder of 600 PPR Jayshree Make with its flexible coupling for Pulse Feedback to achieve constant Line
Speed.
● Torque Transmission by Timing Pulley & Timing Belt.
● Powder Coated Operating Panel of the machine can be mounted independent of the machine.
All machine Covers :MS with Powder Coated.
